Junk or suspicious mail 10F8BFC5:7634:FOL07C8E From: Pegasus Mail Technical Support <support@pmail.gen.nz> To: New Pegasus Mail User <Admin> Date: Mon, 17 Mar 2003 12:46:43 +1200 MIME-Version: 1.0 Subject: About this folder Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT Content-description: Mail message body This folder is created automatically the first time you run Pegasus Mail. When you turn on Pegasus Mail's 'Content Control' feature to handle spam and other unwanted mail messages, this folder is where any unwanted mail will end up. To turn on Pegasus Mail's Content Control feature, move the mouse up to the 'Tools' option on the menu bar and click it: from the menu that opens, select 'Content Control'. A dialog will open showing one or more Content Control definitions - simply select the one you want to use and click the 'Enable' button. When you have enabled Content Control, Pegasus Mail will analyze all mail that arrives in your new mail folder, and if it thinks that it might be spam, it will move it into this folder automatically. You should probably take a quick look in this folder from time to time just in case a legitimate mail message has been detected as spam (when this happens, it is called "encountering a false positive"). For more help on content control, please select "Help index" from the "Help" menu and click on the "Content control (spam management)" link.
